Get paid directly to your bank account—quick, secure, and hassle-free. We use Stripe for secure transactions, so your money is always in good hands. There are no hidden fees or complicated systems—simply list your gear, sell it, and cash out. Selling just a few things? We’ll send your money via PayPal or Venmo, or let you use it as FanWagn cash towards new fits. Making money for your items is our goal, too.
Make a Profile
Sign up and set up your profile, and you’re ready to roll. To make an account, we’ll need your name, an email to reach you, and your Store Name (also your username). You set your own password. It’s quick, it’s easy, and your seller account is activated instantly.
How to List Your Apparel
- Snap photos of your fan gear
Customers like to see the front, back, tag, labels, details, and flaws. We want to see the item in real life, no stock images please. Use clean backgrounds. Items can flatlay on a (clean!) floor, hang on a wall or doorframe, or model on a mannequin or a person. You can also add pictures of the items from a game or event to show that they’re truly pre-loved.
- Add item details
Tag the sports league or team, item type, and size. Our AI Assist Listings use this information, along with item photos, to build your listing in just a few minutes.
- Tell the story
While AI Assist builds your optimized product listing, you can share the story of how this item ended up in your closet. Tell us what games it’s been to, what shoulders it’s rubbed, and any memories you want to pass along. These details stay with the item, no matter how many times it’s resold on FanWagn.
- Price it
Use your judgment, review comps from other marketplaces, or ask our AI teammate, Scout (chatbot in the lower-right corner).
- Review the listing
AI Assist uses your images to write a complete item listing. It’s super helpful, but sometimes it gets confused. We’ll show you what AI saw in the item and matched as product tags. You can confirm or edit these to ensure total accuracy.
- Post your listing
We’ll review your first items before they are published, to ensure the listings are complete and your store is set up for shipping items asap.

FanWagn is the home of Second Fan Fashion®. Bring us your pre-loved fan apparel repping sports teams, sporting events, favorite athletes and players, and colleges. Popular item types include jerseys, hoodies, quarter-zips, t-shirts, and hats in good condition, but you can list pajamas, dresses, jackets, coats, ties, backpacks, and even patches. But maybe not socks.
It’s easy to get set up as a FanWagn Seller. First, create a profile. Then snap pictures of your gear, add details like team, condition, and size (or use AI Listing Assist to help), set your price, and post it! We’ll review your first items before they go live to ensure your store setup and item listings look great.
Our rule of thumb is: what would you (reasonably) pay for it and still feel good about it? Quality, manufacturer and size can create variations in the pricing. We’ve seen t-shirts sell at $5 to over $100. Use your judgment or research comparable items that have sold on other sites to find the right price for your gear. If you’re unsure, ask a friend or contact our team!
All items ship directly from the individual sellers. The shipping options and prices are listed at checkout. When a customer buys an item, they select their shipping.
Sellers get an order email with shipping details. In the Seller Dashboard > Orders, you generate a prepaid shipping label to ship the item based on what your customer selects. You can also print a packing slip to add in your package.
We ask all sellers to ship within 1-4 business days of making a sale, and most do (even same day!).
Once you’ve shipped the item and marked it complete, we wait 6 days for your customer to receive it. Once your funds are available (you can see this in Seller Dashboard), you can request to withdraw them. We’ll send your cash to PayPal or Venmo for a $1 fee or convert it to FanWagn cash credit. If you want it straight in your bank account, we’ll set up a Stripe connection for that. You can let us know via email.
All sales on FanWagn are final unless the item does not match the listing, arrives damaged, or is never shipped. With that said, we guarantee buyers a free return and full refund if the item wasn’t accurately described by the seller.If your item was accurately described by the seller but doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for any reason, just let us know within seven days, and we can waive the seller’s fee so you can re-list it!
Yes! FanWagn offers a dedicated Seller Concierge service to help you set up your shop and manage your inventory with ease. You’ll have access to personalized 1:1 onboarding calls to guide you through the setup process and weekly office hours for ongoing support as you grow your shop. Plus, our AI Listing Assist tools speed up listing time by helping you write listings directly from your photos. Bulk listing and Shopify integration is also available upon request.
